Background:
Daniel Mendez earned his B.S. degree in Agriculture with dual majors in both Fisheries and Wildlife Science from New Mexico State University in 2007. Mr. Mendez served in the U.S. Air Force as a weapons loader on the F-117A, Stealth Fighter. He was awarded an Air Force Achievement Medal in 2001 for his distinguished service. After being honorably discharged from service in 2001, Mr. Mendez sought his education with New Mexico State University, where he graduated with honors in Spring 2007. He has been teaching labs and tutoring at NMSU-Alamogordo since Fall of 2007.
